Damian Chajęcki, head chef of Uroczysko Siedmiu Stawów Luxury Hotel, invites you to the world of flavors, where classic meets modernity.

He gained experience in the renowned London restaurant La Poule au Pot, and developed his culinary creativity in the Food Art Gallery in Wrocław. Today, it is in Uroczysko that he creates unique flavor compositions, combining French elegance, Scandinavian seafood and the richness of Polish game in his own, seasonal proposals. He also passionately develops plant-based cuisine, based on organic vegetables, herbs from the Uroczysko herbarium and the philosophy of healthy, conscious cooking. He creates sophisticated, nutritious dishes also for vegans, vegetarians and people on a gluten-free diet - without compromising on taste and the highest aesthetics.
