This Privacy Policy sets out the principles for the processing and protection of personal data provided by users in connection with their use of the services offered by Uroczysko Siedmiu Stawów & Spa by L’Occitane (hereinafter referred to as the Website).

To ensure the security of the personal data entrusted to it, the Administrator operates based on internal procedures and recommendations, consistent with relevant legal acts on personal data protection, in particular Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC.
The Administrator exercises due diligence to protect the interests of data subjects, and in particular ensures that personal data are:
processed in accordance with the law;
collected for specified, legitimate purposes and not further processed incompatible with those purposes;
substantively accurate and adequate in relation to the purposes for which they are processed;
stored in a form which permits the identification of data subjects for no longer than is necessary to achieve the purpose of processing. Personal data is processed based on the consent expressed by Website users and in cases where applicable law authorizes the Controller to process personal data.
The Controller processes personal data voluntarily provided by Website users solely for the following purposes:

accepting reservations using the online booking system,

implementing the services provided by the Controller pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR,

Consent to the processing of data for marketing purposes and the sending of commercial information may be withdrawn by clicking the appropriate link in the received message or by sending such a request to the Controller's email address,

pursuing the Controller's legitimate interest in personal data in specific cases pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, e.g., debt collection or video monitoring of traffic within the Facility. The recipients of personal data may be authorities, institutions, and entities authorized under the law, as well as entities providing services to the Data Controller (e.g., legal, IT, marketing, accounting services, and other entities involved in the implementation of the ordered service).
The Data Controller may use automated decision-making, including profiling, for marketing purposes and to tailor the offer.
The data processed by the Data Controller may be viewed by the Website user who provided it. The user also has the right to modify this data, request its deletion, and limit or cease the processing of their personal data at any time. The user may also request the deletion of their personal data from the Website at any time. The right to data portability does not apply, as no standard has been established for the exchange of such data between hotel properties.
The Website User has the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
