On a warm July evening, when the nature around Uroczysko captivates with its peace and resounds with the singing of birds, we invite you on a unique journey of the senses of tastes.
The commentary dinner that we have prepared for this evening is a celebration of Italian cuisine, creatively interpreted by Chef Damian Chajęcki using the wealth of our local products. The plates will feature dishes inspired by Italian tradition and summer abundance, which skillfully combine the Mediterranean temperament with Lower Silesian hospitality.
Each dish will be accompanied by a carefully selected wine: subtle, fresh and full of finesse. The notes of various Italian terroirs will resound here, creating a harmonious symphony of flavors with the dishes. Prepare yourselves for a journey through the vineyards of Tuscany, Piedmont, Sicily and many others!
Sommelier Kamil Śladewski will tell you about each of the labels, taking you on a journey through the history of vineyards, the characteristics of the grape varieties and the personal inspirations behind the selection of wines. This will be an evening where the glass and the plate meet in harmony, and you can discover a new, surprising combination.
