On a warm June evening, when the nature around Uroczysko resounds with birdsong and the rustle of trees, we invite you to a unique culinary experience - the Commented Summer Dinner.
The Commented Dinner is a celebration of local products in the creative interpretation of the Chef - Damian Chajęcki. Each dish will be a story about seasonality, region, passion for natural but at the same time refined flavors. This story will be complemented by carefully selected wines from different parts of the world - carefully selected for each dish. They all have one thing in common - lightness, freshness and elegance, which perfectly reflect the atmosphere of summer. The pairing will be prepared by Sommelier Kamil Śladewski, who will not only present each wine, but also share stories about its origin, character and reasons for choosing a given combination.
