Cancellation conditions

Guests can cancel their reservation free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the amount equivalent to 100% of the package value if the booking is canceled within 14 days before arrival. Prepayment: payment by credit card or bank transfer (Ecard ProfitRoom), online-Sofort (EUR) -only in Germany.
