It will be possible thanks to the unique 4-day yoga workshops, enriched with an introduction to the world of herbs, which will take place in July in the Uroczysko Siedmiu Stawów. The wonderful time of the year shall be very favourable for the holistic relaxation. Summer is the time when nature in full bloom gives us its best: crops, a soothing space to rest and the longest days of the year.
We invite you to another edition of yoga workshops with Małgorzata Kobus-Kwiatkowska who effectively combines her physiotherapeutic knowledge with yoga practice. This edition will focus on therapeutic release of psychological tensions accumulated in the body. Their wonderful continuation will be an introductory workshops on herbs and Ayurveda. They will be conducted by Grażyna Manturzyk, a herbalist, gardener, natural therapist and phytotherapist. The location of the hotel in a protected natural area will allow for exceptionally close contact with nature and getting to know its precious treasures.
The workshops will be complemented by a gong concert performed by Wojciech Pokrzewiński and a seasonal vegan menu based on organic vegetables from our vegetable garden. Return to balance will be culminated with relaxing treatments at the Spa by L'Occitane and relaxation in the wellness zone.
